Sow Favour To Reap Favour with Prophet Brian Mundopa

Everything it starts with a seed. The future of everything is in a seed. Tomorrows favour is a sign of a harvest of the good seeds of favour sown today.

You will always reap what you have sown. Sow favour to reap favour.

Galatians 6:7 "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." KJV

The seed you sow can create the future God has promised you. Favour is a seed that anyone can sow into the life of someone.

Favour is the reward for a good service done. You will only be remembered for the inputs you have made into people’s life.

When you sow finances into the work of God, you will reap a bumper harvest of God’s blessings and provision on your finances.

Any good and faithful relationship you have with people can open the doors of favour with man & God. When you sow love into your family you will reap love and unity.

If you sow a seed of hardworking, loyal and sacrifice at your work you will get a harvest of favour of promotion.

God will always cause men to sow into your life what you have sown into other people’s life by the same measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over that will be your harvest that you get in return.

Favour always begins when you solve a problem for someone. Joseph interpreted the dream for the butler. Two years later, his gift made room for him in the palace of Pharaoh. (Genesis. 41:42-44).

The anointing of favour start to flow when you solve the problem nearest to you. When you stop solving problems for others then people will stop solving your problems.

What you do for others God will cause people to do the same thing to you and reward you with even more. You will begin to succeed in your life when the hurt of others begin to matter to you.

You may not be sent to everyone, but you are definitely sent to someone and you will be an influence to that person.

The favour of God will meet you at the place where God has sent you.

How To Sow Favour:

1. Be Honest. Joseph found favour with Potiphar because he could be trusted.

“Joseph found favour in his eyes and became his attendant. Potiphar put him in charge of his household, and he entrusted to his care everything he owned.”
(Genesis 39)

2. Live a sanctified life. Noah, being righteous and blameless found favour with God.

“Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favour as with a shield.”
(Psalm 5:12) You can be blessed with favour. Favour leads to blessing.

3. You need to be faithful. Noah found favour with God due to his faithfulness. He walked faithfully with God and that led to favour.

“So the Lord said, ‘I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created—and with them the animals, the birds and the creatures that move along the ground—for I regret that I have made them.’ But Noah found favour in the eyes of the Lord. This is the account of Noah and his family. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God.”
(Genesis 6:7-9)

4. Support Gods work financially. Abel’s offering found favour with God but Cain’s did not. Make sure your offering finds favour with God. Giving gifts leads us to find favour with both God and man as we see Jacob who found favour with Esau following his substantial gift.

“And Abel also brought an offering fat portions from some of the firstborn of his flock. The Lord looked with favour on Abel and his offering, but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favour. So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast.”
(Genesis 4:4)
5. Be humble. Through her humility Esther received immediate care and attention, provision, the best place, helpers, assistants and attendants. Furthermore, her favour created favour for all around her. Through our humility, let’s create an atmosphere of favour in our lives that can overflow to others. “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” (1 Peter 5:5)

6. You need to be submissive. Esther shows us how submission brings favor. She didn’t take matters into her own hands. This is an ingredient to receiving favor. She exemplified submission, humility and confidence in God and won the favor of everyone who saw her.

“When the turn came for Esther to go to the king, she asked for nothing other than what Hegai, the king’s eunuch who was in charge of the harem, suggested.”
(Esther 2:15)

7. Honour God. Love God with all your heart. Without loving Him, we cannot expect to gain His favour.

“My son, do not forget My teaching, but keep My commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity. Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.” (Proverbs 3:1-4)

8. Love people including your enemies. Ruth found favour with Boaz because of the things she had done and James says ‘faith without works is dead’.

“Boaz replied, ‘I’ve been told all about what you have done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband—how you left your father and mother and your homeland and came to live with a people you did not know before. May the Lord repay you for what you have done. May you be richly rewarded by the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge’.” (Ruth 2:11-12)

9. Pray for someone.

10. Stop a lie from being spoken against someone.

11. Recommend the business of someone.

12. Assist someone to get a job.

13. Give money to someone in need.

14. Open a door for someone with no selfish interest behind.

15. Rejoice with those who rejoice and mourn with those who mourn.

May the supernatural favour of God locate you in Jesus Name!
